I'm off again to the American Bus Association Marketplace 2009 in Charlotte through January 13, 2009, where I'll be representing the Landmark Hotel Group hotels located in Virginia Beach, Suffolk, and Richmond, Virginia, as well as the Outer Banks of North Carolina, If you're in the tour and motorcoach business and are attending this year's Marketplace, look for me at the Virginia is for Lovers booth, or hanging out in the Virginia Beach or Outer Banks booths.My latest "guest blog" for the American Bus Association, entitled "Resolve to Wow Customers in 2009!" is on the ABA Blog.

Best wishes for a successful ABA Marketplace this year. It is hard to believe that a year has gone by since Virginia Beach hosted the 2008 ABA Marketplace.

VBCVB Guy: Thanks! I agree that it doesn't seem like a year since we hosted the 2008 Marketplace! You'll be happy to know that many of the operators I met with are still awestruck by the job your team and the city of Virginia Beach did last year. It sure made for some very positive appointments this year!
